
Kids Summer fitness program. At B2M, we believe fitness is important for all age groups, including kids. Our experienced certified coaches teach proper techniques and safely introduce age-appropriate exercises to help kids build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a supportive environment. More than just a workout — a summer experience designed to build strong bodies, confident minds, and active lifestyles for kids! This program includes: 💪 Strength Training: Learn basic strength training techniques, proper posture, body control, and safe movement patterns. 🎶 Hip Hop Dance: Build confidence, coordination, rhythm, and stage presence — with a special performance planned for the July 4th Parade! 🧘 Yoga & Mindfulness: Kids will improve flexibility, focus, balance, and learn to perform Surya Namaskaram independently by the end of the program. This summer, let your kids move more, learn new skills, stay away from screens, and have fun with fitness at B2M! Spots are limited!
