Summer Fitness Classes For
Pre-Teen & Teenagers.
Body 2 Mind offers dynamic, full-body fitness classes designed specifically for teenagers to build strength, endurance, mobility, athletic coordination, and confidence — all in a safe, structured, and fun environment that also includes energetic hip hop dance to improve rhythm, coordination, agility, and overall fitness.
Plan includes:
1) Full-Body Workouts
( Mon and Wed 5-6pm)
Each session targets major muscle groups using strength training, bodyweight exercises, functional movements, cardio, endurance and agility drills.
2)Hip Hop
(Tue & Thu 4-5pm)
Build confidence, coordination, rhythm, agility, teamwork, and overall fitness while learning fun choreography, improving movement skills, and performing energetic routines in a fun and supportive environment.
Monthly package includes 4 sessions per week, Monday-thursday
No refunds for any missed classes
class bookings through the Personnel client app in Body 2 Mind fitness
Customer support via in-app chat class bookings has to be done through B2M client app
